Made from carefully selected grapes from Valle de Uco, Mendoza, grown to produce premium wines. This line combines traditional techniques and technology. Grapes are placed in small vessels, where fermentation and long maceration take place under controlled temperature, obtaining a wine of great structure and complexity. It ages in first use French and American oak for 12 months, which grants a unique complexity and bouquet. The bottle aging rounds and stabilizes the qualities of this great wine, which represents its terroir and the tipicity of the varietals.
