Winery
Historia
Technology and processes
The winemaking process of all our winery lines is a reflection of our passion and commitment to quality. Each stage is carried out with meticulous dedication, using state-of-the-art technology such as destemmers, pneumatic presses, flexible rotor and piston pumps, cold stabilizers, and tangential filtration. These resources allow us to preserve and take maximum care of the quality of our wines.
Vessels also play a fundamental role in winemaking. For this reason, our winery has epoxy-lined cement vats, equipped with stainless steel valves, lids and doors, as well as stainless steel tanks that guarantee the hygiene and innocuousness of the product. In addition, we have created a specially conditioned barrel room to ensure ideal temperature and humidity conditions, allowing the optimal conservation of our premium and ultra-premium wines.
We are proud to have a state-of-the-art fractionation and labeling line, of Italian origin, and a refrigerated storage room that keeps our fractionated stocks at the perfect temperature. Thus, our winemaking process is fully integrated and managed with our own resources and knowledge, from the vineyard to the final product, reflecting our dedication and know-how in every bottle.
Our entire establishment is certified and audited under GMP quality standards (IRAM), and we have ORGANIC (LETIS) and SUSTAINABILITY (IRAM-BdA) certifications, which reaffirms our commitment to excellence and sustainability.
